Moshari Souvlaki

We are proud to use only Grade A Alberta beef for this dish.

Tender filet mignon is gingerly sliced into cubes and seasoned with seasoning salt and pepper and is grilled over a hot flame.

As proud Calgarians and Albertans, we recognize that this dish doesn’t need much more and that our high quality beef will speak for itself.

The ‘melt of the skewer’ beef is served with rice, potatoes and vegetables.
